The robust flavors imparted from these casks are exemplified in this bottling, created from a blend of various age statements hand-selected by Master Whisky maker Gordon Motion. On the nose, are initial sweet and smoky notes which develop with aromas of violets, vanilla, and peat smoke. The palate is rich with a full-bodied feel and flavors of honey, toffee, nutmeg, and citrus which lead into a smooth finish akin to spiced crème brûlée.
